Objective To explore the utility value of early rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia in the rehabilitation of limb function and the improvement of daily living ability. Methods A total of 106 patients were selected for comparative experiments, all of whom were stroke hemiplegia patients. They were divided into groups according to the principle of randomness. There were 53 patients in the control group and the observation group. The improvement of limb motor function and daily living ability index of the two groups of patients. Results The study showed that there was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index between the two groups before treatment, while the observation group had significant improvement in various functions and living abilities after early rehabilitation training, and the above scores were better than those in the control group. (P<0.05). Conclusion For stroke patients with hemiplegia, early rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve their limb movement and living ability, and significantly promote the overall improvement of their quality of life.
