本文基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,针对高校数学教学评价体系存在的静态化、单向性问题,构建动态化教学评价模型。研究聚焦学生数学能力发展过程,通过融合过程性评价与结果性评价,建立涵盖知识掌握、思维训练、实践应用的多维度反馈机制。结合大数据和人工智能技术,设计动态监测平台,实时追踪学习成效与目标达成度,推动教学策略的动态调整。实证研究表明,该评价模式能有效激发学生自主学习意识,促进教师教学设计的迭代优化,实现:“评价-反馈-改进”的闭环管理。研究成果为OBE理念在数学教育中的实践提供了可操作的动态评价框架,对提升高校数学教学质量具有理论价值和实践意义。

| Abstract |
Based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), this paper constructs a dynamic teaching evaluation model to address the static and unidirectional problems in the evaluation system of mathematics teaching in colleges and universities. The study focuses on the development process of students mathematical ability, and establishes a multi-dimensional feedback mechanism covering knowledge mastery, thinking training, and practical application by integrating process evaluation and result evaluation. Combining big data and artificial intelligence technology, a dynamic monitoring platform is designed to track learning outcomes and goal achievement in real time, and promote the dynamic adjustment of teaching strategies. Empirical research shows that this evaluation model can effectively stimulate students awareness of autonomous learning, promote the iterative optimization of teachers teaching design, and realize the closed-loop management of "evaluation-feedback-improvement". The research results provide an operational dynamic evaluation framework for the practice of OBE concept in mathematics education, which has theoretical value and practical significance for improving the quality of mathematics teaching in colleges and universities.
