| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探讨术前体位训练联合护理干预对甲状腺癌全切术患者生活质量、心理健康、免疫功能及并发症发生情况的影响。方法 本研究于2022年6月至2023年6月进行，选取100例甲状腺癌全切术患者，随机分为实验组（50例）和对照组（50例）。实验组接受术前体位训练联合护理干预，对照组仅接受常规护理。通过对比两组的生活质量、心理健康、免疫功能及并发症发生情况，分析干预效果。结果 实验组在生活质量、心理健康、免疫功能方面均优于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P值均小于0.05）。结论 术前体位训练联合护理干预能有效提高甲状腺癌全切术患者的生活质量，改善心理健康状况，增强免疫功能，降低并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective This study was to investigate the effects of postural training combined with nursing intervention on quality of life, mental health, immune function and complications in patients undergoing total thyroidectomy. Methods This study was conducted from June 2022 to June 2023. 100 patients with total thyroidectomy were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The experimental group received preoperative postural training combined with nursing intervention, while the control group only received routine nursing. The effect of intervention was analyzed by comparing the quality of life, mental health, immune function and complications of the two groups. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in quality of life, mental health and immune function, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P value was less than 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative postural training combined with nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life, improve mental health, enhance immune function and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with total thyroidectomy.
