摘要	探究责任制护理的临床应用效果及其对患者护理满意度的影响。方法选择我院骨关节科2023年6月至2024年6月收治的74例患者，随机分为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取责任制护理，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论责任制护理在临床应用中具有较高优势，能够改善患者的临床指标，缓解其不良情绪，提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical application effect of responsibility system nursing and its influence on patients nursing satisfaction. Methods Seventy-four patients admitted to the department of our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted responsibility nursing to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group and statistically significant (P <0.05); the difference was better than that of the observation group (P <0.05); the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Responsibility system nursing has high advantages in clinical application, which can improve the clinical indicators of patients, relieve their bad mood, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
