Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of mindfulness stress reduction training combined with meticulous nutritional care on patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer. Methods 35 patients with postoperative gastric cancer chemotherapy received by our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were evenly divided into the observation group (mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with refined nutritional care) and the control group (routine care). The nutritional status, pain level (NRS), nursing quality and self-care ability of the two groups of patients before and after receiving care were compared. Results The nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the NRS score was lower than that of the control group, and the self-care ability was higher than that of the control group. The quality of nursing care was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with precision nutritional care has obvious effects in the care of patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer, and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
