| 摘要 |
探究分析强化院内感染护理干预对重症住院患者院内感染发生率及手卫生依从率的影响。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年1月，对象：院内重症住院患者共102例，以及护理人员共20例。分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用针对性感染护理，对比两组院内感染发生率以及手卫生依从率。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 强化院内针对性感染护理可显著改善院内感染发生率以及手卫生依从率，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of strengthening nosocomial infection nursing intervention on the incidence of nosocomial infection and hand hygiene compliance rate in critically ill inpatients. Methods Time: January 2023 to January 2024. Subjects: A total of 102 critically ill inpatients in the hospital and a total of 20 nursing staff. Grouping: Randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received targeted infection care. The incidence of nosocomial infection and hand hygiene compliance rate were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Strengthening nosocomial targeted infection care can significantly improve the incidence of nosocomial infection and hand hygiene compliance rate, and is worthy of promotion and application.
