Objective To analyze the nursing of patients with severe coronary calcification lesions treated with intravascular ultrasound. Methods A total of 80 patients were included in this study, ranging from March 2023 to March 2024. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the order of admission time. There were 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two patients was analyzed, and their psychological state and surgical indicators were evaluated. Results After different intervention measures, the surgical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05. The psychological state of the two groups of patients was more stable. The incidence of complications of the two groups of patients was analyzed. The probability of complications in the experimental group was lower, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe coronary calcification treated with intravascular ultrasound can reduce the probability of complications, improve the psychological state of patients, and reduce the risk of complications, which is worth promoting.
