Objective To analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation surgery in nursing care after laparoscopic radical renal cancer surgery. Methods The experiment will select 100 patients who underwent radical nephrectomy in our hospital between January 2017 and January 2020 as the research subjects. By random allocation, the subjects were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received rapid recovery surgical nursing care. Compare the postoperative recovery of two groups of patients. The observation group had earlier times of first defecation, eating, getting out of bed activity, and spontaneous urination than the control group; Meanwhile, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; In addition, the satisfaction of the observation group patients with nursing services was higher than that of the control group. These differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing radical nephrectomy, the application of rapid recovery surgical nursing model can significantly promote postoperative recovery, shorten key recovery time indicators, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and can be widely promoted.
