综合护理在口腔外科门诊拔牙中的应用效果分析

摘要	分析综合护理用于口腔外科门诊拔牙的价值。方法随机均分2023年1月-2024年9月本院口腔外科门诊接诊拔牙病人（n=120）。试验组采取综合护理，对照组行常规护理。对比并发症等指标。结果关于并发症：试验组6.67%，对照组23.33%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。依从性：试验组96.67%，对照组81.67%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。（P＜0.05）。护理质量：试验组高达（98.59±0.63）分，对照组只有（92.04±0.85）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组96.67%，对照组80.0%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论口腔外科门诊拔牙用综合护理，病人的依从性更高，护理质量更好，并发症也更少，满意度提升更加显著。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive care for dental extraction in dental surgery. Methods From January 2023 to September 2024 (n=120). The experimental group adopts comprehensive care, and the control group performs routine care. Contrast the complications and other indicators. Results Regarding complications: 6.67% in the test group and 23.33% in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Compliance: 96.67% in the test group and 81.67% in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05).（P＜0.05）. Quality of care: up to (98.59 ± 0.63) in the test group and only (92.04 ± 0.85) in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Satisfaction: 96.67% in the test group and 80.0% in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive care for tooth extraction in oral surgery clinic has higher patient compliance, better care quality, fewer complications, and more significant satisfaction improvement.
