Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of VSD negative pressure drainage technology in the treatment of chronic ulcers. Methods 50 patients with chronic ulcer wounds were selected to participate in the statistics of our hospital from June 2022 to July 2023.The patients were divided into a conventional group and an experimental group based on different admission orders.25 patients admitted to the hospital were included in the routine group and received general care;25 patients were admitted to the experimental group and received high-quality perioperative care.To observe the difference in nursing effectiveness,compare the clinical nursing effectiveness and ulcer healing time between the two groups. Results The clinical nursing effectiveness rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group.Comparison P<0.05.The ulcer healing time of the actual examination group was lower than that of the conventional group,with a comparison of P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical nursing effect of VSD negative pressure drainage technology in the treatment of chronic ulcers is good,which can improve the comprehensive efficacy.It is recommended to popularize its application.
