Objective To analyze the application effect of alginate silver dressing combined with photon therapy device in the treatment of patients with scrotal abscess. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with alginate silver dressing, and the experimental group was provided with photon therapy device on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, clinical indicators, pain degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results After providing different treatment plans for the two groups of patients, the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P<0.05. The clinical indicators were evaluated. The clinical indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05. The pain degree and complication rate of the experimental group were lower, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing patients with scrotal abscess with alginate silver dressing combined with photon therapy can improve the treatment effect, improve clinical symptoms, relieve the pain of patients, and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worth promoting.
