| 摘要 |
对PDCA循环在新生儿科的应用效果进行细致观察。方法 为了将当前新生儿科患儿的护理水平提升，首先需要找到更加适合新生儿科的护理干预模式，研究开展对比实验，实验对象为本院的100例新生儿科住院患者，将患儿进行双盲分组后，分别采取不同的护理管理方式，即常规管理以及PDCA循环管理，比较两组管理后结果。结果 比较后发现，两组新生儿护理质量各项数据之间存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在新生儿科护理中，PDCA循环护理管理模式可以取得显著护理效果，将科室内护理水平进行整体的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the application effect of PDCA cycle in neonatology department. Methods In order to improve the nursing level of children in the neonatology department, a nursing intervention mode more suitable for the neonatology department should be found first, and a comparative experiment was conducted. The experimental objects were patients in the neonatology department of our hospital. After double-blind grouping of children, different nursing management modes, namely routine management and PDCA cycle management, were adopted respectively. The results after management were compared between the two groups. Results After comparison, it was found that there were significant differences between the two groups of neonatal nursing quality data (P < 0.05). Conclusion In neonatology nursing, PDCA cycle nursing management mode can achieve remarkable nursing effect and improve the overall nursing level in the department.
