| 摘要 |
分析互联网-网约服务模式在居家慢性伤口患者护理的效果。方法 选择我院在2023年1月份至2023年12月份门诊就医的60例慢性伤口患者进行研究，依据患者就诊时间的先后顺序分成了对照组和实验组，每组患者的数量为30例，对照组患者定期到门诊换药，实验组患者提供互联网-网约服务模式，分析两组患者创面的愈合时间、创面温度、细菌阳性率、对患者的生活质量进行评价。结果 实验组患者的创面愈合时间更短，P<0.05，两组患者的创面温度、细菌的阳性率存在较大的差异，p<0.05，生活质量呈现上升的趋势，p<0.05。结论 通过对居家慢性伤口患者提供互联网+网约服务模式，可以促进患者的创面愈合，提高患者的生活质量，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of Internet-contract service model in nursing care of chronic wound patients at home. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic wounds who received outpatient treatment in a hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected for the study. According to the order of patients treatment time, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group regularly went to the outpatient department for dressing change, while patients in the experimental group were provided with Internet-online appointment service mode. Wound healing time, wound temperature, positive rate of bacteria and quality of life of patients were analyzed. Results The wound healing time of the experimental group was shorter (P<0.05), the wound temperature and positive rate of bacteria were significantly different between the two groups (p<0.05), and the quality of life showed a rising trend (p<0.05). Conclusion Providing Internet + online service model for chronic wound patients at home can promote wound healing and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth advocating.
