Objective This paper focuses on the clinical nursing of critically ill patients, and discusses the application effect of real-time nursing quality control in clinical nursing management. Methods During the study, 100 critically ill patients in our hospital were selected as research objects from January 2022 to January 2023. The patients were divided into groups with full understanding of the purpose of the study. Among them, 50 patients were treated with real-time nursing quality control and nursing management during treatment (included in the study group). The other 50 patients were treated with routine nursing management (included in the reference group) during treatment, and clinically relevant data of the two groups were counted. The clinical effective rate of the patients was analyzed, and the comparison between the data groups was briefly listed. Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in psychological state, SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). There were significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups after nursing (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical implementation of real-time nursing quality control in critically ill patients is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, alleviate patients adverse emotions, and enhance the quality of nursing. The application effect is significant, and patients are satisfied, which has high application value.
