| 摘要 |
分析妇科日间手术用综合性护理干预的价值。方法 随机均分2022年1月-2023年10月本院妇科接诊日间手术病人（n=100）。试验组采取综合性护理干预，对照组行常规护理。对比SDS评分等指标。结果 关于SDS和SAS评分：干预结束时，试验组数据比对照组低（P＜0.05）。并发症：试验组发生率低至0.0%，而对照组数据则达到了8.0%，相比较下，试验组的发生率更低（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量和满意度：试验组数据优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 妇科日间手术用综合性护理干预，病人的并发症发生率更低，护理质量更高，不良情绪缓解更为迅速，满意度改善更加明显。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in gynecological daily surgery. Methods The patients receiving day operation in our hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided (n=100). The experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare SDS scores and other indicators. Results Regarding SDS and SAS scores: At the end of the intervention, the data in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Complications: The incidence of the experimental group was as low as 0.0%, while that of the control group was as high as 8.0%, and the incidence of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Regarding the quality and satisfaction of nursing care: the experimental group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion With comprehensive nursing intervention in gynecological surgery, the incidence of complications is lower, the quality of nursing is higher, the bad mood is relieved more quickly, and satisfaction is improved more obviously.
