| 摘要 |
观察中药外敷八髎穴结合TDP烤灯治疗慢性腰痛的疗效及其护理。方法 选取我科慢性腰痛患者60例（2021年9月-2022年9月），随机分为对照组腰椎牵引治疗（30例）与对照组治疗加中药外敷八髎穴加用TDP烤灯治疗（30例），观察患者治疗的效果及疼痛的情况。结果：对照组相比，观察组治疗有效率高。AS评分低，P＜0.05。结论 给予慢性腰痛的患者中药外敷八髎穴结合TDP烤灯照射，能提高患者治疗效果，减轻疼痛感，并在治疗的过程中需加强护理措施，值得借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and nursing of Baliao acupoint combined with TDP lamp in the treatment of chronic low back pain. Methods 60 patients with chronic low back pain in our department (September 2021 to September 2022) were selected and randomly divided into the control group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) with external application of traditional Chinese medicine at Baliao point and TDP lamp treatment. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher. A score was low, P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine to Baliao point combined with TDP lamp irradiation can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with chronic low back pain, reduce pain, and strengthen nursing measures in the process of treatment, which is worthy of reference.
