| 摘要 |
分析PDCA循环护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2023年4月，在本院就诊的2型糖尿病患者，共204例，以双色球法分组，各102例。对照组102例患者中，采取常规护理，观察组102例患者中实施PDCA循环管理。对比两组血糖、护理质量、遵医行为等指标。结果 观察组干预后血糖水平低于对照组；观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组；观察组护理质量评分高于对照组；以上指标对比，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者护理中，开展PDCA循环护理，有助于控制血糖水平，可提高患者认知水平及遵医行为，可不断提升护理质量，是值得推广应用的护理方案。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle nursing on patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 204 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to a hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two color spheres with 102 patients each. In the control group, 102 patients were treated with routine nursing, and in the observation group, 102 patients were treated with PDCA cycle management. Blood sugar, nursing quality, compliance behavior and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The score of compliance behavior in observation group was higher than that in control group; The nursing quality score of observation group was higher than that of control group; Compared with the above indexes, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of type 2 diabetes patients, PDCA cycle nursing can help control blood sugar level, improve patients cognitive level and compliance behavior, and continuously improve the quality of nursing. It is a nursing program worthy of promotion and application.
