The purpose of this study is to explore the role of general nursing in chronic disease management, and to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies by analyzing the data of 50 patients with hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease within one year. We found that under general care, the success rate of treatment was significantly improved, including blood pressure control of hypertension patients, blood glucose management of diabetes patients and improvement of coronary artery stenosis of cardiovascular disease patients. The subgroup analysis indicates differences among patients with different types of chronic diseases, emphasizing the necessity of personalized treatment. The improvement of quality of life is closely related to the implementation of lifestyle interventions, reflecting the key role of general nursing in improving patient rehabilitation and quality of life. The prevention of complications is another important aspect of chronic disease management, and the treatment plan provided by general nursing has successfully reduced the occurrence of new serious complications. Future research will continue to delve into this field to improve the treatment effectiveness of chronic disease patients.
