| 摘要 |
分析心理护理在四肢骨折患者中的应用及影响。方法 将我院于2022年11月-2023年11月收治的68例四肢骨折患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为试验组与参考组，每组34例。参考组应用常规护理，试验组应用心理护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 试验组在采用心理护理后，其心理状态评分、疼痛情况、护理满意度均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理可有效减少四肢骨折患者负面情绪，缓解其疼痛感，从而提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application and influence of psychological nursing in patients with limb fracture. Methods 68 patients with limb fracture admitted to our hospital from November, 2019 to November, 2019 were included in the study and divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group with psychological nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After psychological nursing, the psychological status score, pain and nursing satisfaction of experimental group were better than those of reference group, with significant differences among groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients with limb fracture, relieve their pain, and improve nursing satisfaction.
