| 摘要 |
探讨SBAR沟通模式在老年内科患者中的应用效果及依从性的影响。方法 选择2023年6月至2023年11月我院内科收治的180例老年患者，随机均分为两组。对照组实施常规沟通模式，观察组实施SBAR沟通模式。比较两组护理效果。结果 ：观察组患者护理质量评分与护理依从性均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年内科患者护理干预中实施SBAR沟通模式，可以提高护理质量与患者依从性，具有积极影响。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of SBAR communication mode on elderly patients with internal medicine and the influence of compliance. Methods 180 elderly patients admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to November 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group implemented the conventional communication mode, and the observation group implemented the SBAR communication mode. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Nursing quality scores and nursing compliance in observation group were higher than those in control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of SBAR communication mode in nursing intervention of geriatric internal medicine patients can improve nursing quality and patient compliance, and has a positive impact.
