| 摘要 |
探讨结肠癌患者临床使用优质护理的干预效果。方法 纳入2022年4月至2023年4月间于某院进行结肠癌治疗的患者64例，按照随机方式分为对照组（32例，常规护理）和研究组（32例，优质护理），对比两组患者护理效果。结果 对比两组术后恢复情况和精神状态显示，研究组患者术后各项指标恢复用时均短于对照组，且SCL-90各指标评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 结肠癌患者实施优质临床护理干预能够取得更理想的效果，帮助患者提高精神状态，加快患者术后恢复，具有一定应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of high quality nursing in patients with colon cancer. Methods 64 patients who received colon cancer treatment in a hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group (32 cases, conventional care) and study group (32 cases, quality care), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The comparison of postoperative recovery and mental state between the two groups showed that the recovery time of various indexes in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the scores of SCL-90 indexes were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality clinical nursing intervention for colon cancer patients can achieve better results, help patients to improve their mental state and speed up postoperative recovery, which has certain application value.
