Objective To analyze the nursing of patients with vaginitis, mainly study the effect of health education nursing intervention and routine nursing. Methods According to the patients with vaginitis admitted to our hospital, 88 cases were selected from January to December 2023 as research objects, and were divided into routine group (44 cases, routine nursing) and intervention group (44 cases, health education nursing intervention) by means of voluntary participation of patients. Results Before nursing, the psychological state (SAS, SDS) scores of the patients were evaluated, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (p > 0.05). After nursing, the negative emotions were obviously alleviated, and the two scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group (p < 0.05). The mastery of health knowledge (etiology, pathogenesis, treatment, healthy life, prevention of adverse reactions) in 2 groups was higher in the intervention group than in the conventional group (p < 0.05). The scores of quality of life (physical life, physical life, social and physiological) after nursing were evaluated, and the intervention group was better than the conventional group (p < 0.05). Compared with the two groups, the nursing satisfaction was 97.73% in the intervention group and 81.82% in the conventional group, indicating that 97.73% was significantly higher than 81.82% (p < 0.05). Conclusion For the care of patients with vaginitis, health education nursing intervention is better than the application of conventional nursing, which is conducive to patients mastering disease-related knowledge, improving their negative emotions and life status, and is worth promoting.
