| 摘要 |
探析肺癌患者手术治疗的护理工作中采用全程优质护理的临床效果。方法 选取在本院2019年3月至2020年3月进行手术治疗的肺癌患者64例进行医疗观察，根据抽签法分组。观察组（32例，基础护理+全程优质护理），对照组（32例，常规基础护理）。对比两组患者的干预效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组的DBP、SBP、HR指标更低，负面心理SDS、SAS评分更低，发生术后感染、出血的情况更少（P＜0.05）。结论 对肺癌患者手术治疗的过程中采取全程优质护理模式能够显著改善患者的症状，预防不良反应发生，有利于提高护理质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of full quality nursing in the nursing work of lung cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment. Methods 64 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgical treatment in a hospital from March 2019 to March 2019 were selected for medical observation and divided into groups according to lottery method. Observation group (32 cases, basic nursing + full quality nursing), control group (32 cases, conventional basic nursing). The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, DBP, SBP and HR indexes were lower in the observation group, SDS and SAS scores were lower in the negative psychological group, and postoperative infection and bleeding were less in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the course of surgical treatment of lung cancer patients, adopting the whole high-quality nursing model can significantly improve the symptoms of patients, prevent adverse reactions, and improve the quality of nursing.
