当代身体哲学视域下中小学心理健康教育途径新探

摘要
儿童时期(0-18岁)是个体身心快速发展与变化的时期,其身心健康发展的水平将直接影响其未来生活的质量。纵观已有研究,可以发现学者们对心理健康教育做了多角度的丰富的研究,具身认知也融入了部分心理教育中,但针对心理健康教育微观层面具体的教学策略及其体系尚未有学者进行深入系统的研究。本文以身体哲学观为指导,提出了中小学心理健康教育新途径——感悟式游戏教学策略,并与一线大中小学心理教师联合出版了《心理健康教育活动设计与指导》,突显以下特色:(1)遵循育人为本,突出全面性和基础性;(2)贴合实际,具有时代性和前瞻性;(3)强调运用学生的直接经验,突出具身性、应用性;(4)以心理体验为主,强调做中学;(5)强调学生自身的感悟,突出主体性;(6)目标明确,步骤细致,突出科学性、层次性、可操作性。期待本书的方法可以帮助更多的心理健康教育教师掌握此法,促进中小学生心理健康发展。
Abstract
Childhood (0-18 years old) is a period of rapid physical and mental development and change of individuals, the level of physical and mental health development will directly affect the quality of their future life. Throughout the existing studies, it can be found that scholars have done rich research on mental health education from multiple perspectives, and embodied cognition has also been integrated into some psychological education. However, no in-depth and systematic research has been conducted on the specific teaching strategies and systems of mental health education at the micro level. Guided by the philosophy of the body, this paper puts forward a new approach to mental health education in primary and secondary schools - the perception-style game teaching strategy, and jointly publishes the Design and Guidance of Mental health Education Activities with psychology teachers in primary and secondary schools, highlighting the following characteristics: (1) Follow the education-oriented, highlight comprehensiveness and foundation; (2) Fit the reality, with The Times and forward-looking; (3) Emphasize the use of students direct experience, highlighting the embodiment and application; (4) Focus on psychological experience and emphasize learning by doing; (5) Emphasize students own perception and highlight their subjectivity; (6) Clear objectives, detailed steps, highlighting scientific, hierarchical, operational. It is expected that the methods in this book can help more mental health education teachers master this method and promote the development of primary and secondary school students mental health.
