Objective to analyze the effect of anterior pelvic floor reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse. Methods from January 2020 to January 2022, 36 female patients with pelvic organ prolapse were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and the experimental group received anterior basin reconstruction. Results the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The hospitalization time and bleeding volume of patients in the experimental group were (8.64 ± 3.21) D and (114.56 ± 12.36) ml, while those in the control group were (14.31 ± 2.28) D and (205.65 ± 20.21) ml. the experimental group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of anterior basin reconstruction in female pelvic floor organ prolapse can improve the curative effect and related indexes.
