中医优质护理结合健康教育用于冠心病护理中的效果

摘要	研究中医优质护理结合健康教育用于冠心病护理效果。方法选择2020年12月－2021年12月本院收治的冠心病病人150例作为观察对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，按照不同护理方式，分析两组护理价值。结果实验组总知晓率73/75（97.33%）高于对照组66/75(88.00%）（P<0.05）；护理后，两组病人自我管控态度评分（P<0.05）；实验组出现不良行为概率高于对照组（P<0.05）；护理后，实验组社会支持量表、自我效能感高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论运用中医优质护理结合健康教育方式对冠心病病人干预，价值较高，可运用。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of TCM quality nursing combined with health education on coronary heart disease nursing. Methods 150 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. According to different nursing methods, the nursing values of the two groups were analyzed. Results the total awareness rate of 73 / 75 (97.33%) in the experimental group was higher than that of 66 / 75 (88.00%) in the control group (P < 0.05); After nursing, the self-control attitude of patients in both groups was scored (P < 0.05); The probability of bad behavior in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); After nursing, the social support scale and self-efficacy of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the use of high-quality nursing combined with health education in traditional Chinese medicine is of high value and can be used to intervene patients with coronary heart disease.
