优质护理应用于冠心病心绞痛患者临床效果观察

摘要	对临床治疗冠心病心绞痛患者过程中优质护理的临床应用效果进行探讨。方法选取我院2021年3月至2022年3月间所收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象，利用常规护理模式对对照组50例患者进行干预，同时通过优质护理模式对观察组50例患者进行干预。对两组患者临床护理效果进行对比。结果经护理干预后，与对照组相比较，观察组患者的整体生活质量评分明显更高，差异显著,P<0.05。经过护理干预后，对照组的整体护理满意度为78%，观察组患者的整体护理满意度为98%，两者相比较，观察组患者的整体护理满意度明显更高，差异显著,P<0.05。结论在临床治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的过程中通过优质护理模式进行科学干预，可以对患者后续康复起到积极促进作用，而且优质护理模式下患者的可接受程度相对较高，具有极高临床应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing in the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects. 50 patients in the control group were intervened with routine nursing mode, and 50 patients in the observation group were intervened with high-quality nursing mode. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the overall quality of life score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher, with a significant difference (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the overall profit satisfaction of the control group was 78%, and the overall nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 98%. Compared with the two groups, the overall nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Scientific intervention through high-quality nursing mode in the process of clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can play a positive role in promoting the follow-up rehabilitation of patients, and the acceptability of patients under high-quality nursing mode is relatively high, which has high clinical application value.
