Objective To explore the utility value of continuous nursing in wound ostomy care. Methods A total of 128 cases of wound ostomy patients were selected in this study for comparative experiment, and were grouped by lottery before comparison, which 64 cases of patients in the control group using conventional nursing, and 64 cases of patients in the observation group using the nursing way of continuous nursing, the two groups of practical application effects were compared. Results The study showed that the quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group, at the same time the incidence of complications was significantly reduced. Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with nursing (P < 0.05). Conclusion For wound stomy patients, giving continuous nursing can not only effectively improve the quality of life of patients, but also reduce the occurrence of complications, compared with the conventional group, patient satisfaction is higher.
