Objective To study and analyze the application value of fine nursing in the management of cesarean section and nursing quality. Methods A total of 60 cases of women with cesarean section admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received perioperative routine nursing. The adverse conditions related to childbirth, early prognosis and nursing quality of the two groups were evaluated. Results The incidence of adverse events related to childbirth in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The first postoperative exhaust and first defecation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS before discharge were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing quality evaluation of the study group showed that the rate of excellent and good nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of refined nursing in cesarean section can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events related to childbirth, improve the early prognosis and enhance the quality of nursing.
