循证护理在视网膜脱离护理中的作用研究

摘要	分析在视网膜脱离患者护理中开展循证护理的价值。方法纳入本院2022年6月至2023年6月内行手术治疗的80例视网膜脱离患者，全体患者随机数字表法分成2组，每组平均40例。对照组采取常规护理干预，观察组采取循证护理。从干预前后情绪状态、生活质量及护理满意度对两组患者进行评估。结果两组干预后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）与对照组比较，均有显著下降（P＜0.05）。两组干预后WHOQOL-BREF各维度得分与对照组比较，均有显著增加（P＜0.05）。结论在视网膜脱离患者护理中开展循证护理，能够减轻负性情绪状态，提高生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing in patients with retinal detachment. Methods A total of 80 patients with retinal detachment who underwent surgical treatment from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled and divided into 2 groups with an average of 40 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group took routine nursing intervention, and the observation group took evidence-based nursing. The two groups of patients were evaluated from the aspects of emotional state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of two groups were significantly decreased compared with the control group (P < 0.05). After intervention, WHOQOL-BREF scores in both groups were significantly increased compared with control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in patients with retinal detachment can alleviate negative emotional state and improve quality of life.
