bjective to analyze the problems existing in the detection of liver function reserve and put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures in order to improve the success rate of one-time detection. Methods 65 patients who underwent liver function reserve test in our hospital in recent years (January 2019 to October 2021) were divided into two groups in order. The former group was tested with routine nursing as the control group (30 cases), and the other group was the observation group. The problems in the control group were analyzed item by item, and the improved nursing measures (35 cases) were implemented after summarizing the nursing countermeasures, The success rate of one-time detection and the satisfaction of patients with nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results the success rate of one-time detection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The patients satisfaction with nursing work in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion in the detection of liver function reserve, medical staff should have rigorous and meticulous work attitude and work style to ensure that the test results are not affected by human factors. At the same time, we should do a good job in health education and publicity in the testing work, so that patients can reasonably and effectively complete the testing, ensure the smooth implementation of the testing and ensure the accuracy of the testing results.
