| 摘要 |
探究分析护理干预对急性闭角型青光眼患者术后眼压的影响。方法 选取2018年1月-2021年12月，我院收治的急性闭角型青光眼患者共80例，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将80例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理的护理模式进行干预；观察组采用优质护理的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组患者术后眼压情况。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在术后眼压情况、护理满意度方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对急性闭角型青光眼患者采用优质护理的护理模式，能有效改善其术后眼压情况，在临床应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative IOP in patients with acute angle closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma admitted from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the computer-blind selection method, 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group adopts the mode of routine care; the observation group adopts the mode of quality care.The postoperative IOP in the control and observation groups was analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of postoperative intraocular pressure and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The nursing mode of high-quality nursing for patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma can effectively improve the postoperative intraocular pressure. It has excellent results in clinical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
