Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of budesonide aerosol suspension combined with adrenaline in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis.. Methods 80 children with acute laryngitis from March 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 patients. The patients in the control group only used budesonide suspension for aerosol inhalation, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with epinephrine on this basis; After treatment, evaluate the total effective rate of patients and record the improvement of childrens clinical symptoms. Results After the test was completed, the results were compared and analyzed. It was found that the results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, with significant difference in data comparison and analysis (P<0.05). Conclusion The condition of acute laryngitis in children is very special. Adrenaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can be used in the treatment of patients, which can improve the condition of patients and improve the quality of treatment.
