| 摘要 |
在颈椎病前路手术护理中采取快速康复护理，进而提升护理效果，促进患者尽早康复。方法 将2021年1月至2022年1月本院接受的100例颈椎病患者，按照接诊顺序分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采取康复护理，对两种干预效果进行比较。结果 与对照组相比较，观察组患者并发症发生率更低、住院时间更短、护理满意度更高，组间数据存在有显著差异。（P＜0.05）。结论 通过实施快速康复护理，可以提高护理效果，减少并发症的发生，促进患者加速康复，尽早出院，快速康复护理得到患者的高度认可与满意，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To adopt rapid rehabilitation nursing in the anterior surgical nursing of cervical spondylosis, so as to improve the nursing effect and promote the early recovery of patients. Methods The 100 patients with cervical spondylosis received from January 2021 to January 2022 will be divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted rehabilitation nursing to compare the effects of the two interventions. Results Compared with the control group, the observed patients had lower complication rate, shorter hospital stay and higher nursing satisfaction, with significant differences between groups.（P＜0.05） Conclusion Through the implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing, it can improve the nursing effect, reduce the occurrence of complications, promote patients to accelerate the rehabilitation, early discharge, rapid rehabilitation nursing is highly recognized and satisfied by patients, worthy of recommendation.
