Objective to discuss the clinical value of urine glucose and blood glucose test in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods a total of 70 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected. All the subjects were examined and diagnosed for diabetes. They had been screened and investigated one month before the statistics were carried out. The subjects tended to be adults. The corresponding test results were divided into routine group and experimental group according to different test modes. Urine glucose test was used in the routine group and urine glucose test + blood glucose test was used in the experimental group. The detection rates of diabetes in the two groups were compared and the specific test results were counted. Results the detection rate of diabetes in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion in the diagnosis of diabetes, both urine glucose test and blood glucose test can obtain the condition detection results, but the urine glucose test + blood glucose test mode is more significant in the diagnosis of diabetes than the single test mode. It can accurately diagnose the disease and ensure that the follow-up treatment can be timely introduced to control the condition. It is recommended to popularize it.
