| 摘要 |
探讨循证护理对于预防白内障术后并发症的效果分析。方法 选择我院自2021年3月-2021年9月收治的280例接受白内障手术的患者为研究对象，将其随机分组为对照组（140例，采用常规护理模式）和观察组（140例，在对照组的基础上采用循证护理模式），对两组患者的住院时间、术后并发症发生率、患者对护理质量的满意程度进行对比。结果 数据表明两组患者均得到有效护理，但观察组住院时间明显短于对照组，术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组。观察组患者对护理质量的满意程度明显高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理能有效降低白内障患者术后预防并发症发生率，减轻患者术后疼痛程度，促进患者恢复，具有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based care on preventing cataract surgery and postoperative complications. Methods Select 280 patients undergoing cataract surgery from March 2021 to September 2021, randomizing them into control group (140 cases, routine care mode) and observation group (140 cases, respectively) based on the duration of hospital stay, postoperative complications and patient satisfaction with the quality of care. Results The data showed that both groups of patients received effective care, but the length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group. The patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the quality of nursing care than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in cataract patients, reduce postoperative pain, and promote patient recovery, which has high clinical value.
