人文关怀理念在慢性心衰患者护理中的应用效果探讨

| 摘要 |
将探究对慢性心衰患者实施人文关怀理念护理的临床效果。方法 本次研究将通过对照研究对比的形式实施，正式开展前于我院中选取64例已经被确诊为慢性心衰的患者作为研究对象，在分组时需根据患者的入院先后顺序分组，分配为使用常规护理的对照组和使用人文关怀护理的观察组，并将患者的生存质量评分、心功能改善情况作为观察指标。结果 评估比较了两组患者的生存质量评分和心功能指标，结果显示在护理后观察组患者以上指标均更优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 通过将人文关怀理念实施于慢性心衰患者的护理中能够进一步提高护理针对性、全面性，对患者未来生存质量的提升有重要作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanistic care concept nursing for patients with chronic heart failure. Methods This study will be implemented in the form of a controlled study and comparison. Before the official launch, 64 patients who have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure were selected as the research objects. When grouping, the patients should be grouped according to the order of admission and assigned. The control group using routine nursing and the observation group using humanistic care nursing were used as observation indicators. Results The quality of life scores and cardiac function indexes of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared, and the results showed that the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing the concept of humanistic care in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure can further improve the pertinence and comprehensiveness of nursing, and play an important role in improving the quality of life of patients in the future.
